This insurance is administered and provided by Auto Legal Protection Services Limited (“Alps”). Registered office. Sunnyside Mill, Highfield Road, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 3AQ. Company number 3676991.
Alps is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, Firm Reference Number is 300906.

This Guarantor Protection Insurance is underwritten AmTrust Specialty Limited (the insurer). Further information concerning the insurer can be found in the General information section of this policy.
Guarantor Insure acts as a data controller for the personal information it processes.
What information Do We Collect
We may collect information such as your name, contact details, address, tenancy details, information about the tenant or guarantor relationship, information relating to the student’s course, payment information, correspondence with us and information provided during a claim or complaint.
In most cases, we collect personal information directly from you when you request a quotation, purchase a policy or contact us. We may also receive information from third parties involved in administering your insurance, such as ALPS, AmTrust Specialty Limited or other service providers.
We may also collect technical information such as your IP address and information about how you use our website.
We do not intentionally collect special category data. Where it is necessary or you choose to provide it, we will process it only where permitted by applicable law.
If you do not provide information that we need to arrange or administer your insurance policy, we may be unable to provide a quotation, arrange cover or administer your policy.

We may also share your information with payment providers, claims handlers, professional advisers, regulatory authorities and trusted service providers where necessary and when required to prevent or detect fraud or financial crime.
